I found Coach Victors’s work-outs to be very effective during football season. The movements and drills incorporated into our speed and agility training simulated game situations. This past winter and spring my son participated in Bill Victor’s strength, conditioning, speed and agility program. This session ran for approximately 18 weeks and it was clear by summer that my son had transformed from a skinny boy to a much stronger, quicker and more agile athlete. The first measure of his performance improvement was in the 400 meters in track. He won the Southwest Washington District meet by more than 80 meters and tied the school record. His time ranked him in the top 400 meter runners for his age group in the state of Washington.
The next visual sign of his transformation was his play on the soccer field. His first step to the ball, his ability to out-run other players to the ball and his overall quickness improved dramatically. His play provided a major contributions to a Select and a Premier team that both finished the season as state finalist in the state cup soccer tournament.
Coach Bill’s workouts are focused and intense. Every boy who participated and went through the complete work out program made great strides in their athletic development. Bill’s program is for every athlete who is serious about improving their confidence and their ability to endure the rigors of athletic competition. His program not only helps athlete’s improve their performance but also teaches them the value of hard work. You will see results if you work hard and are persistent in your drive to improve.
